Get back in the game — stronger and smarter.
Sports injuries aren’t just muscle tears or joint sprains. They’re also the compensations your body makes while it hurts — compensations that can linger long after the original injury heals.

What this care involves.
Whether you’re a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior, an injury can disrupt more than just training. It can throw off the kinetic chain, alter your gait, and set you up for secondary issues down the road.
Dr. Coffey’s approach blends chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and progressive rehab to address the original injury and the movement patterns around it — so you heal fully, not just enough to get by.
He has worked with runners, golfers, CrossFitters, soccer players, swimmers, and post-surgical patients. Every plan is built around realistic return-to-play milestones.
A clear, structured process.
Mechanism-based evaluation
We break down how the injury happened, then test the joints, muscles, and nerves involved.
Treatment & tissue work

Progressive rehab

Questions about this service
Can I still train while I’m being treated?
Usually yes — just intelligently modified. Dr. Coffey will tell you exactly which activities to temporarily modify, continue, or substitute.
Do you coordinate with other providers?
Absolutely. We routinely communicate with physical therapists, primary care physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and trainers when it benefits your care.
Do I need imaging before I come in?
Not always. If imaging is needed we’ll order it or refer you out. Many soft-tissue injuries don’t require X-ray or MRI for successful treatment.
